Welcome to our website! We are a mother and daughter team based in Upstate NY, and we specialize in making sourdough crackers for elevated charcuterie boards and events. Our crackers are made with love and care, using only the highest quality ingredients. We offer seven different flavors to suit every taste, from garlic basil to cinnamon sugar.
Our journey began with a shared passion for baking and entertaining. We noticed a gap in the market for high-quality, artisanal crackers to accompany charcuterie boards, and decided to take matters into our own hands. We experimented with different recipes and techniques, and after much trial and error, we finally perfected our sourdough cracker recipe- made with a wheat based sourdough starter and finished with gluten-free flour for those that are gluten sensitive.
Today, we are proud to offer our delicious crackers to customers in New York State. Whether you're hosting a dinner party, corporate event, or just looking for a delicious snack, our crackers are the perfect addition to any occasion.
